Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, we're here to help. Here are our standard return policies:

Please note: This return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. International orders (with shipping addresses outside the U.S.) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where products are defective or damaged during transit. In such cases, a return, exchange, or refund may be authorized, provided you submit proof of the issue within 7 business days of the actual delivery date.

RETURN POLICY

  • We offer a 30-day return period for U.S. customers. You may return your item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of return: All items must be returned in unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
  • Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
  • Proof of postage: Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Return costs: Tick&Pick will cover the costs of returning goods. However you’re subject to a 30% restocking fee. It means that we will reimburse you 70% of the order value based on the valid payment invoice. The refund process also takes 10–15 business days. Please be patience with us. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email our team at help@tickandpick.com with your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for drop-off. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please include your proof of purchase inside the package along with the item(s) you are returning.

Once your return is received, please allow 7–15 business days for processing. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love what you order, but in case you don’t, we are willing to send you a replacement. Please remember that the item being returned needs to be sealed in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • No exchange option or gifts: If the item doesn't have an exchange option or was received as a gift, you'll need to return the original item for a refund.
  • Price differences: If the item you're exchanging costs less or more than your original purchase, we'll issue a refund for the difference.
