Do You Ship Worldwide?

We ship worldwide! Just add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address. You'll then see all the available shipping options.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Expected delivery time may vary depending on the destination country's courier services, please check our Shipping Policy for more details. 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from FedEx or USPS to monitor your package's progress.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number for updates. Rest assured we'll do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible!

How to Get Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping to numerous countries, including the contiguous 48 states in the US and Canada. However, there are shipping charges for countries like Australia due to high shipping rates in those regions. Simply add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and input your address to view your shipping rates.

Returns & Cancellation

Can I Learn More About Your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, we're here to help. Here are our standard return policies:

  • 30-day return period: you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition of return: all items must be returned in unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
  • Eligibility: only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
  • Proof of postage: please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Return costs: Tick&Pick will cover the costs of returning goods.

When Can I Expect My Refund After I've Returned The Product?

Once we receive your return for returns by mail, we will process it within 07–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 07 days after processing the return to reflect on your account.
