If you're not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, we're here to help. Here are our standard return policies:
RETURN POLICY
- 30-day return period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition of return: All items must be returned in unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
- Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
- Proof of postage: Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Return costs: Tick&Pick will cover the costs of returning goods.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please include your proof of purchase in the package with the items you wish to return.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after processing the return to reflect on your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love what you order, but in case you don’t, we are willing to send you a replacement. Please remember that the item being returned needs to be sealed in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
- No exchange option or gifts: If the item doesn't have an exchange option or was received as a gift, you'll need to return the original item for a refund.
- Price differences: If the item you're exchanging costs less or more than your original purchase, we'll issue a refund for the difference.
