We offer free shipping to numerous countries, including the contiguous 48 states in the US and Canada. However, there are shipping charges for countries like Australia due to high shipping rates in those regions. Can I Learn More About Your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, we're here to help. Here are our standard return policies:

  • 30-day return period: you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition of return: all items must be returned in unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
  • Eligibility: only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
  • Proof of postage: please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Return costs: Tick&Pick will cover the costs of returning goods.

When Can I Expect My Refund After I've Returned The Product?

Once we receive your return for returns by mail, we will process it within 07–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 07 days after processing the return to reflect on your account.
